Las Palmas – St Martin 27.12.2024 – 18.01. 2025

Make the dream come true! Join Christian Radich across the Atlantic next winter, for an experience out of the ordinary! Three weeks at sea, away from every-day life, makes you feel alive! Out there at sea, under the stars, you get close to nature and the elements. You will quickly get into the rhythm on board and take part in the work together with our permanent crew. Sailing experience is not necessary, we give you all the training necessary, but you must be in so good physical shape that you can contribute to your watch team.

It has been seven years since we last did the Atlantic Crossing, we don’t know when the next time will be, take the chance and join us now! The voyage can be combined with the sailing in the Caribbean, from St. Martin to Bermuda, or you can join the ship back to Norway again. That will be quite a voyage!

If you are travelling in transit through USA, you will have to apply for an authorization.

The mobile network works quite well in the countries we will visit, remember to ask your supplier for costs.

Food and drinks:

Be careful with food and water ashore. Water from bottles should be safe. For more information, please see relevant traveling sites for your country’s recommendations.

Everyone with normal good health can sail with Christian Radich. An important part of the experience to all trainees is to be able to sail as much as possible. We expect that most of you enter the rig as well, but if you don’t want to join this, please inform your watch leader. If you have any health limitations or disabilities, this must be further evaluated. On sea, health limitations can be extended, and especially if bad weather occurs. We expect that every trainee can take care of her- or himself, it is not possible for our crew to pay extra attention to each individual trainee.  If you answer positive on one or more of these questions, you must contact us for an evaluation.

If you are over 67 years, you must send us the health declaration, signed by your doctor.
