School cruise

Give the class an extraordinary experience – a school trip that combines learning, teamwork, and achievement in spectacular surroundings.

Aboard the Christian Radich, students become part of the crew. They learn seamanship, work together in watches, and experience true team spirit in a unique maritime environment. Everyone participates, everyone is important – and everyone gets to challenge themselves.

The stay includes all meals, and the galley is known for its good food. After a thorough safety introduction, the group is divided into watches with fixed shifts, where students contribute by setting sails, steering, and keeping watch, among other things. Climbing the rigging is voluntary but is experienced as a great accomplishment for many.

The school trips are best suited for 9th and 10th grades, and are often conducted with several classes together. This provides a social and educational framework that strengthens both camaraderie and collaboration – even across schools.
