The program is built around 1 month at sea aboard Christian Radich, with a preparatory gathering ashore before the voyage.

During the voyage, we are part of the crew that will sail the ship. Everyone is in the same boat and has the same goal: to get the ship safely from start to finish. 

A month at sea offers challenges, successes, setbacks, and fantastic experiences. We get to know ourselves better, but also our shipmates. 

All participants will have a voyage leader who will follow them from start to finish. We are committed to good preparations and a good framework for mastery. Traditional maritime history meets modern youth on an adventurous voyage you will remember for the rest of your life. 

Together, we will discover strengths we didn't know we had. Together, we will endure more. Together, we will experience a sea of possibilities.
