Christian Radich has arrived in Belfast and departure for the first race is set to July 5, 10 am. You find a map of the port in Belfast her: Belfast_kart
You have to be on board latest 2 hours before departure.  If you arrive 4.7 to stay the last night on board, you must check in your luggage before 1900. Christian Radich is not in port between 1930 and 2300, she is doing a fjordcruise for Irish guests. After check-in, we advise you to go to into town to see and experience the atmosphere and the events.

Departure day starts with Parade of Sail. This year  the organizers want to have guests onboard the Christian Radich during the Parade of Sail. So while you are starting the training on the boat deck, there will be passengers on the main deck. They will have their own event with food and drink. They’ll probably get served beer and wine, which is totally prohibited for our trainees while in sea, we are going to win a race! Our trainees will have the ordinary meals on board.

What should I pack?
Summer weather in the north is unpredictable. The most important thing to remember when packing is clothes that are waterproof, windproof and good shoes. Here is the packing and information- list: Info_eng

Ålesund
Information to those of you who stays on board a night in Ålesund or sail with us to Kristiansand:  The deck is rented to a reception administrated by the Tall Ships Races July 16 and 17. We will also have “open ship” in the morning, for the public to see the great ship. The visitors will not have access to the lower deck. We recommend that our trainees take a walk in the city meanwhile, to experience all the events and life in harbor around the Tall Ships Races.

Have you forgotten anything?
Have you given us all the information we need? If you’ve changed your passport after you booked the voyage, please send us the new passport number. Are you over 70, you must send us a medical certificate, if you haven`t sent it before.

We are looking forward to welcome you on board the Christian Radich!
